01Raising a concern

If something on CD Calculators is wrong, unclear or feels unfair, we want to hear about it. Email legal@cdcalculators.net with the page URL, what you saw, and what you expected. Every message is read, and we aim to reply within a few business days.

02Content corrections

Our formulas are published and unit-tested and our figures are cited, but mistakes do happen. If you think a number, statistic or citation is wrong, tell us the page and the claim — and point us to a better source if you have one.

Genuine errors are fixed promptly, with a dated note added wherever the change affected a number a reader may have relied on. We do not quietly edit outputs.

04Using our content

The formulas we publish describe standard financial math and are free to reference with attribution. Our written explanations, design and code are ours — please ask before republishing them in full.

05How complaints are handled

We acknowledge complaints, investigate them, and respond with an outcome. If the resolution does not satisfy you, tell us and we will escalate it internally for a second review.

This page sets out a working procedure rather than a legal filing — but we hold ourselves to every deadline in it.
